Yes, most of our clients usually asks for adding deceased people from old poor quality pictures to their new family pictures, so we perfectly deal with that and we also colorize black and white pictures.
But we recommend that you send High-Resolution pictures (if possible) that clearely shows details in order to get full real details in the painting. Otherwise the artist will use his imagination to paint the missing or massively blurred parts.

On the product page and when you’re selecting the painting options from the tab next to the product images, you will find two options :
1- Send Pictures Via E-mail: [email protected] ( you can reply to the order confirmation email) or WhatsApp : +44 7537 141192, that means you place an order and then you contact us to send your pictures ( don’t forget to mention your order number )
2- Upload Pictures Now : check the radio button and you will see upload fields where you can upload one pictures in each. you can upload up to 6 pictures ( if you have more than 6 you can send them via e-mail or whatsapp )

you can write notes to the artist to recommend something like people placement, background colors, adding text or any other details that you want to see or remove. Or you can write your notes via email or whatsapp if you opted to send pictures separetly. Yes You Can. If you opt for ordering only the digital painting file and print it elsewhere and after you confirm the preview we sent, you will be able to immediately download your PDF Painting through a secured Google Drive link and it will be there for 365 Days.
