In less than 48H after placing an order you will receive an order update email ( on the email address used during the checkout ) containing your painting preview, then you will simply reply to that email by confirmation or ask for any revision you want or even ask for refund if you didn’t like it.
You can also track your order and check your painting preview from the order tracking page.
Yes, most of our clients usually asks for adding deceased people from old poor quality pictures to their new family pictures, so we perfectly deal with that and we also colorize black and white pictures.
But we recommend that you send High-Resolution pictures (if possible) that clearely shows details in order to get full real details in the painting. Otherwise the artist will use his imagination to paint the missing or massively blurred parts.

On the product page and when you’re selecting the painting options from the tab next to the product images, you will find two options :
1- Send Pictures Via E-mail: [email protected] ( you can reply to the order confirmation email) or WhatsApp : +44 7537 141192, that means you place an order and then you contact us to send your pictures ( don’t forget to mention your order number )
2- Upload Pictures Now : check the radio button and you will see upload fields where you can upload one pictures in each. you can upload up to 6 pictures ( if you have more than 6 you can send them via e-mail or whatsapp )
Yes absolutely, from the text field when you’re selecting the painting options
 you can write notes to the artist to recommend something like people placement, background colors, adding text or any other details that you want to see or remove. Or you can write your notes via email or whatsapp if you opted to send pictures separetly. Also you are always able to contact us directly from the Contact Us page, you will communicate directly with the artist
Painting options are the factors that determines the cost of the painting, which are:

Yes You Can. If you opt for ordering only the digital painting file and print it elsewhere and after you confirm the preview we sent, you will be able to immediately download your PDF Painting through a secured Google Drive link and it will be there for 365 Days.
You can chose to receive your painting in form of Mounted wood Canvas, Paper Poster or Framed Poster.
All print supports are available in 4 sizes :
8×12 inches ( 15×30 cm ) — 12×18 inches ( 30×40 cm )
16×24 inches ( 15×30 cm ) — 24×36 inches ( 15×30 cm )

Yes absolutely, after placing an order and sending your pictures, you will receive a preview of your painting in less than 48H. If you confirm, we proceed for printing and shipping or you may ask for rectifications. We offer Unlimited Revisions for FREE.
Painting Process : From 1 to 3Â Days depending on the number of persons to be painted.
Revision ( if required ) : from 1 Hour to 48 Hours depending on it’s a simple retouch or a full re-painting.
