2- Check Preview Proof
Within 72H after placing your order:
You will receive an email with your painting preview link ( It will be also added to your order tracking page ).
After checking your painting preview, you can:
– Confirm, so we proceed to prepare and ship it.
– Ask for a revision to change something that you didn’t like.
– Cancel your order and receive an instant full refund ( No questions asked )
3- Receive Your Painting
Once we receive your approval for the preview proof, we start preparing your order and ship it from our nearest production lab to your home.

- Preview proof : Within 72H after placing an order
- Processing time : After proof approval it takes 1 – 4 Business Days to prepare and ship the painting
- Shipping time : Once the package is sent out you receive tracking link and takes
1 – 6 Business Days on the way
** The whole process from placing an order to receiving the painting takes between 3 and 14 business days ( revisions may extend this timeframe )
** Digital file orders are delivered immediately after preview proof approval
** Revisions takes between 4 and 72 Hours depending on if it’s a simple change or a full re-painting

within 72 Hours after placing an order you will receive an order update email ( on the email address used during the checkout ) containing your painting preview, then you will simply reply to that email by confirmation or ask for any revision you want or even ask for refund if you didn’t like it.

Can you work with low resolution pictures?
Yes, most of our clients usually asks for adding deceased people from old poor quality pictures to their new family pictures, so we perfectly deal with that and we also colorize black and white pictures.
But we recommend that you send High-Resolution pictures (if possible) that clearly shows details in order to get full real details in the painting. Otherwise the artist will use his imagination to paint the missing or massively blurred parts.How do i send the pictures?
You can attach your photos with your order by uploading them in the options selection section from the product page.
