After the painting process is completed and you confirm your painting.
We print, pack and ship your painting within 1-3 business days.
We have printing labs distributed across 8 countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain.
If you are located in one of these countries listed above your painting will be shipped from your local country.
If you are located in a country not listed above your painting will be shipped from the nearest location to your home.
So, we guarantee Free, Fast, and Sustainable Shipping.
Shipping times vary from 1 to 10 Days depending on your location.
( counting starts from the day you receive the tracking code which is usually 3/4 business days after placing an order )
The Whole process ( from placing an order to receiving the package ) takes usually 4 to 14 Business Days.

Refund and Returns
1- Problem with the painting
All of our paintings are custom made based on clients demand and photos.
So, a Preview of the painting will be sent to the customer “you” to Confirm before printing and shipping the physical printed painting, or sending the high-quality PDF ( in case of digital order ).
In case of Unsatisfaction after checking the preview, You Can ask for an Unlimited number of Revisions for Free
or ask for a Full Refund immediately before proceeding for the shippment.
2- Painting Confirmed. Problem with the Print.
If you have ordered a printed painting and you didn’t like what you have received. No question asked,
Return the package to the return address written on the packaging shipping label.
Once we receive the returned package you will have a Full Refund ( the total price paid on our website )
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
If the painting was delivered and we haven’t received any reclamation from your part within 72H,
The order will be closed and no refunds can issued.
In case of Digital Order, we do not guarantee the print quality of other printers, once you confirm the preview and download the High-Quality PDF you can no longer ask for a refund.
